Leadership is a key element running through all areas of my work. I coach leaders, I train leaders, I facilitate leadership team days and planning days, I offer consultancy on leadership programme design, and I write articles on leadership. I also offer leadership retreats in-house. I am an Authorised User of the Leadership Development Framework, and have participated in intensive courses on Adaptive Leadership and Theory U.
